Overview: Under the direction of the Electrotechnical Standardization Strategic Advisory Council (ESSAC) and the Standards Policy and Strategy Committee (SPSC), is responsible for the UK input to ‘CENELEC/TC 100X Audio, video and multimedia systems and equipment and related sub-systems’, ‘CENELEC/SR/110 Flat panel display devices’, ‘CENELEC/TC 209 Cable networks for television signals, sound signals and interactive services’, ‘IEC/TC 100 Audio, video and multimedia systems and equipment’ including the numerous Tas, and, ‘IEC/TC 110 Electronic displays’.
