Overview: Under the direction of SPSC, this committee is responsible for standardization in the area of Internet of Things and Digital Twin; including their related technologies. This committee mirrors ISO/IEC JTC 1/SC 41, which serves as the focus point for JTC 1’s standards programme on Internet of Things and Digital Twin. The committee is also responsible for IOT/1/-/5, and the UK input into ISO/PC 317 and development of ISO 31700, Consumer protection – Privacy by design for consumer goods and services.
