Overview: Under the direction of the Standards Policy and Strategy Committee, is responsible for standardization activities in the field of vitreous enamel coatings. Its aims are to: a) ensure that UK interests are represented at all stages of the development of European and International Standards through the submission of written comments and, as appropriate, by attendance at meetings of the corresponding European and International technical committees, CEN/TC 262/WG 5 and ISO/TC 107/WG 2; and b) review published British Standards on a regular basis to assess current relevance and to prepare any revisions deemed necessary.
