Overview: To plan, programme and co-ordinate the package of standards on mobile construction equipment, building material machines and on site safety in particular demolition, tunnelling, under ground mining equipment, and the use of explosives. This to include on-site and off-site equipment and machines except cranes. To organize the structure and work necessary to produce and maintain the standards and provide input to CEN/TC 151 and ISO/TC 195 on building construction machinery and equipment, CEN/TC 337 Winter maintenance and road surface area maintenance equipment, and CEN/TC 196 Machines for underground mines. To brief the UK delegation to CEN/TC 151, CEN/TC 337, CEN/TC 196, and ISO/TC 195 and, where appropriate, to Working Groups and Sub-Committees reporting to these bodies.
