Sustainable HRM is a new approach to human resources management which integrates functions of HRM with corporate sustainability and accomplishes organizational objectives along with environmental objectives. The term “sustainable HRM” is one of the elements of the growing organizations that are publicly revealing their sustainability endeavours. Organizations need to incorporate social and environmental goals into their economic aims, be change agents, and engage in sustainable development that balances current and future demands. Stress at work, employee burnout, health problems, and balancing work and personal responsibilities are all common problems nowadays. The HRM sustainability perspective is vital when discussing sustainability in society and business.
