This document is applicable to "e-Transporters": electrically powered transport devices for use on public roads or in public spaces (non-road). These e-Transporters provide solutions for transporting either passengers or goods, or both. These devices can b e manually controlled, have automated functions or be autonomous.
Currently, e-Transporters are in a period of rapid development. With active technological innovation and strong market demand, it has become an important carrier for short -distance transport and smart cities. At the same time, the electromagnetic environment is increasingly complex. Electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) as a quality bottom line to ensure the ha rmonious coexistence of e-Transporters and other electronic equipments, essential for the production design and application of e-Transporters. EMC includes emission and immunity. The former focuses on the electromagnetic disturbance generated by e-Transporters during normal operation, while the latter emphasises the ability of e-Transporters to resist external electromagnetic interference. This document specifies the emission requirements of e-Transporterts, aiming at protecting the surrounding electromagnetic environment from adverse effects and ensuring that the e -Transporters do not cause interference with other electronic equipments. Unified emission standard helps standardize the development and production process of e -Transporter, reduce equipment failure and maintenance costs caused by electromagnetic interference, improve the stability and reliability of products and maintain the safety of the electromagnetic environment. At the same time, it avoids international trade barriers, shortens the certification cycle and testing costs in the import and export trade of products, and expands the popularization and application of e -Transporters.
