Therefore, it is wide ly used in industrial and agricultural production, energy measurement, scientific research, environmental monitoring, biomedicine and people 's life, such as oil, gas, water, fuel and other flow monitoring.
The standard aims to normalize test methods of performance for MEMS multi -orifice balanced flowmeter. It will guide and normalize the design, produce, purchase and use. The standard should be published and implemented.
