This document is applicable to the metal or non-metal industrial products evaluation of the internal structure, internal surface morphology characteristics, the surface defect of indirect visual inspection etc.
Note: The atlas given in this document is used as the evaluation reference of the defect image. The morphology of the defect is analysed and evaluated by comparing the example atlas with the reference atlas.
This proposal specifies the composition and deficiency map characteristics of the industrial endoscope visual testing map (reference map), which is applicable to the use of the endoscope reference map to evaluate the internal structure and internal surface topography characteristics of metal or non-metal parts and assemblies of industrial products and other industrial endoscopic visual testing results. The reference map is used as the image evaluation basis for deficiencies. By comparing the case atlas with typical maps, the forms of deficiencies can be analyzed and evaluated, such as excess material, cavity state (rust, rust, corrosion), machining state, raw material state, weld state, in-service equipment state, test faults (overburn, burn-out, ablation) and other faults. This proposal proposes the application methods and evaluation principles of reference atlas for visual testing with industrial endoscope. It is designed to help test personnel obtain accurate test results and correct quality evaluation by reference atlas. The establishment of this project can solve the problem that there is no international standard for comparison of visual testing atlas of industrial endoscope. The main beneficiaries of this project are the users of the equipment in use and testing institutions.
