Scope
This document specifies the method principles, environmental requirements, personnel requirements, testing systems, testing, result evaluation and testing reports for the visual inspection of industrial endoscope (hereinafter referred to as the endoscope).
This document is applicable to the industrial products testing and evaluation of the internal surface status and internal structure of metal or non-metal assembly components.
Purpose
Nowadays, the industrial field has higher and higher expectations for product quality and service life, and the internal surface quality of products has been paid more and more attention. Industrial endoscope visual inspection is a non-destructive inspection method that uses industrial endoscope to realize remote observation and detection of parts that are not easily observed by human eyes. The industrial endoscope visual inspection can detect the internal structure and internal surface characteristics of various materials, parts and assemblies. It can observe the true state of the internal surface of the product by changing the direction of vision, and monitor, record, store and analyze the target image under the high temperature, toxic and narrow space environment without dismantling or damaging the structure. With the continuous improvement of industrial endoscope manufacturing technology, industrial endoscope visual inspection has been widely used in various stages of manufacturing, installation and use of aerospace equipment, mechanical equipment, power generation equipment, chemical equipment, special equipment, pipelines, vehicles and other products, and has become an indispensable detection means to ensure product quality and safe operation of equipment. The establishment of this project can solve the problem that there is no international standard for the application of industrial endoscope visual inspection methods. The main beneficiaries are the users and inspection institutions of the equipment in use.
