The procedures described in this document is to evaluate maximum power degradation of PV cells under temperature and long-term light illumination based on annual weathering data.
The degradation rate is determined by comparing the cell maximum power, Pmax, at Standard Test Conditions (STC) during the light illumination process with respect to the initial Pmax.
The purpose of this document is to evaluate the annaul maximum power degradation of bare PV cells based on weathering data, and thus gives information of long-term behavior of solar cells in PV module.
