This revision will include changes to:-

Revised scope - extend to 60Hz operation

Cl. 5 Table 2 ; clarification of fuse ratings for test and in use.

Table 1; correction to test sequences

Cl7 Marking; add requirement for ‘L’ ‘N’ ‘E’ marking

Cl 8.4; Replace references by table

CL9 Prevent use of fuse without cover in non-rewireable plugs

Cl 12.18.3 revises requirements

Cl 12& 21 Revised definition of ‘brass’

Cl12.8 Revise wording to remove ‘accessible’ to cope with stray strands

Cl 12.18 actuator force; revise to test at most onerous condition

Cl 15.1 Disconnecting electronic components

C26 Revise overload test to ensure most onerous condition for cable fitted
