Scope

Same as existing but Include 60Hz operation and rated voltage

Purpose

The proposed revision will address the following clauses:-

Scope; Revised operating voltage and operation at 60Hz

Cl 3 New definition for screwless terminals

Cl 8 Replace cross refs with table; Align clearances with BS 4662;

Cl 13; Most onerous test for DP switches

Cl 15; disconnection of electronic components

Cl 21 New definition for brass
