Scope

This document covers requirements and tests for Energy Manager products for residential and commercial premises.

An Energy Manager can be a physical device, a software or a combination of them. Its functions are aimed to monitoring and orchestrating the energy resources and the loads at premises level.

Note: The Energy Manager can be referred as "HEM- Home Energy Manager", BEM "Building Energy Manager", CEM "Customer Energy Manager" in other documents.”

This document describes the following families of functions:
