Scope

This standard described the process of roaming information exchange between the Home CSP, Visited CSO, and Clearing House through REP. It defines the data structure and messages based on the use cases specified in IEC 63119-2. The roaming endpoint service functions include static and dynamic charging station information exchange, energy transfer service authorization, energy transfer detail record exchange, and remote control commands between each roaming endpoint.

IEC 63119 series do not specify the communication either between Charging Station (CS) and Charging Station Operator (CSO) or between EV and CS.
