This document specifies an inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS) method for the determination of multiple toxic heavy metals in meat, fish and their products.

This document is applicable to the determination of arsenic (As), cadmium (Cd), chromium (Cr), lead (Pb), and mercury (Hg) in meat, fish and their products, including livestock and poultry.
