This document specifies a set of reference images (atlas) of typical imperfections observed during visual testing using industrial endoscopes. The atlas is intended for comparative evaluation of surface and structural imperfections.
This document applies to visual testing evaluation using industrial endoscopes, of the structure, surface morphology characteristics, the surface imperfections of metallic or non-metallic industrial products.
Note: The atlas given in this document is used as the evaluation reference of the imperfection image. The morphology of the imperfection is analysed and evaluated by comparing the captured photo with the reference atlas.
