This document provides guidance for organizations to strategically and ethically integrate technology to benefit organizations and their workers. Particular attention is paid to the following opportunities and impacts:
— partnering with workers and their representatives (including trade unions) for technology integration;
— approaches to technology integration
— changes to HR processes and practices;
— eliminating or changing job roles;
— the impact of technological change on workers.
This document provides guidance for organizations to realize the opportunities arising from ethical technology integration on workers, work, and HR processes in response to new and emerging technologies.
This document is applicable to all organizations regardless of type, size, location, structure or purpose.
This standard is not intended to provide guidance on:
— specific technologies;
— cyber security risks, data privacy, or the capture and management of personal data (see ISO 30439).
