Overview: Under the direction of GEL/210: • to prepare British Standards and Codes of Practice on electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) including Basic, Generic and Product standards that cover the frequency range DC to 400 GHz and include transient EMC phenomena; • to participate in any corresponding International and European activities; and, • to advise the British Electrotechnical Committee on such work. GEL/210/11 also acts as a mirror committee, providing the UK input (such as comments and formal voting decisions on draft EMC standards) into International and European standards bodies, including: IEC/SC 77A; IEC/SC 77B; IEC/SC 77C; IEC/CISPR/A; IEC/CISPR/B; IEC/CISPR/D; IEC/CISPR/F; IEC/CISPR/H; IEC/CISPR/I; and CENELEC TC
