Overview: Under the direction of the Standards Policy and Strategy Committee, is responsible for the UK input to ISO/TC 45/SC 2 ‘Testing and analysis’ and ISO/TC 45/SC 3 ‘Raw materials (including latex) for use in the rubber industry’, and the development of British Standards for rubber test methods as well as natural and synthetic rubbers, latex and rubber compounding ingredients if and when required.
