Overview: Under the direction of LBI/1, the national committee LBI/1/2 is responsible for the preparation and maintenance of British Standards for laboratory equipment (including glass and plastic laboratory ware) and co-ordinating the GB response to CEN/TC 332 (with the exception of CEN/TC 332/WG 2 Fittings and fixtures, and, CEN/TC 332/WG 4 Fume cupboards which are the responsibility of LBI/1/1 Laboratory furniture and fittings) and ISO/TC 48 along with its subcommittees
