Scope

This CEN Technical Specification defines the code lists to be used in EN1931-1 electronic invoices. If a subset is defined for a code list that is explicitly shown. For each code list the maintenance organisation is identified and the maintenance procedure is described. Also the maintenance of code subsets and possible supersets is described.

Purpose

EN16931-1 and CEN/TS 16931-3-2/3/4 define the semantic model of an electronic invoice and its syntax bindings. These standards do not define the code lists and codes to be used in electronic invoices. This work item defines those code lists..
