Scope

This standard specifies the mating face dimensions, gauge, products types, ratings and characteristics, test schedule and inspection requirements for type 0.6 RF coaxial connector.

Purpose

Type 0.6 RF coaxial connector is a precision RF interface specifically designed for applications in the 220 GHz frequency band. It is mainly used in terahertz testing systems, vector network analyzer expansion modules, on-chip measurement, and advanced packaging interconnection, etc.
