Standards Development
To develop a standard for TEDS (Transducer Electronic Data Sheet) to be used in instrument transformers.
During the TC38 Plenary Meeting in Belo Horizonte decision was taken to start a new standard dedicated to embedding the Instrument Transformers basic nameplate data and associated calibration coefficients using TEDS approach described in IEC 21451 -4 standard.
This technology will allow a faster and error-free commissioning of electrical substations, opening to plug-and-play features
