This document specifies rules for load testing, documentation of test results and evaluation of test results in the field of non mechanical temporary works equipment.
The systematic review of EN 12811-3:2003 was done 2023-10-15 until 2024-03-03. The TC decision was to confirm the standard. Sweden voted for a revision and submitted comments. Please see voting result in CEN/TC 53 N1424. This proposal is to revise EN 12811-1:2002 regarding these specific points that were included in the Swedish comments during systematic review: The Swedish mirror committee has clarified these comments.
In addition to the Swedish comments during systematic review the revision will also include: Clarification of the Scope to follow CEN rules set out in CEN Internal regulations part 3 and to align with terminology used in CEN/TC 53.
