This document specifies the operational and management framework for digital and remote-based healthcare infrastructure systems (DRBHISs).

The document includes the following aspects related to the management framework:

 — Management and accountability structure

— Collaborative management framework

— Workforce and competency management framework

— Risk management and recovery framework

— Performance management and continuous improvement

The requirements addressed in this document cover the necessary elements for managing DRBHISs.

Purpose

The purpose of this proposal is to establish a management framework for the effective and safe implementation of digital and remote-based healthcare infrastructure systems (DRBHISs). The justification for this proposal arises from the rapid development of smart hospital technologies, which have created a growing need for hospitals to establish management systems that enable the efficient and safe adoption and operation of such systems.
