The NA gives national choices on Nationally Determined Parameters as described in EN 1994-1-2:202X. Also, UK decisions on the status of informative annexes and inclusion of any NCCI. The National Annexes to the BS ENs provide UK decisions where national choice is allowed.
The scope of EN 1994-1-2 remains the same and applies to the design of steel-concrete composite structures subject to accidental fire exposure. Consequently, the scope of the National Annex will remain the same as the current version.
EN Eurocodes allow NSBs to produce a standalone National Annex (NA) which contain national choices and application of informative annexes.
