Scope

8.4 Family of Products For a sheet the test results or declaration are valid for a family of products as defined in CEN/TS 17986 ‘Extrapolation rules for testing results on resistance to root penetration’

The test procedure remain unchanged.

Purpose

As within TC 254 the extrapolation rules are developed within TS CEN/TS 17986 ‘Extrapolation rules for testing results on resistance to root penetration’ these rules shall be referred within the test method. The procedure of the test method should remain unchanged.
