Merge and revise of EN 50064, EN 50068, EN 50069 to one EN xxxxx-1 standard with the scope of the 3 standards.

Simplifiction and following the decision based on WG02 proposal taken by TC17AC plenary in the meeting on 22 January 2025, see TC17AC/Sec216/RM.
