Scope
This document specifies the general principles, the determination of evaluation objects and factors, information collection, hazard identification, risk assessment, risk control, and risk evaluation documents of amusement facility risk assessment.
This document applicable to the hazard identification and risk assessment of amusement facilities.
Purpose
Amusement facilities are typical mechatronics equipment, with high technical integration, covering mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, control, steel structure, civil engineering and other aspects; The source of danger is complex, not only the factors of the equipment itself, but also the environment, personnel and other factors. The identification of hazard sources and risk assessment of amusement facilities is the key to preventing safety accidents, and only comprehensive and accurate identification of hazard sources of amusement facilities and targeted preventive measures can ensure the safety of amusement facilities. At present, the methods or schemes used to identify hazards and risk assessment are often partial and comprehensive, burying potential safety hazards for the design, manufacture, use and maintenance of amusement facilities, and there is an urgent need for comprehensive and systematic hazard identification and risk assessment of amusement facilities. This proposal project sorts out more than 350 hazard sources from the aspects of equipment, personnel, and environment. Combined with the characteristics of the industry, the procedures for risk assessment of amusement facilities are formulated, and the failure mode and impact analysis methods applicable to amusement facilities are proposed, which is designed to help manufacturers and users investigate potential safety hazards and ensure the safe operation of equipment. The establishment of this project can solve the problem that there is no international standard for hazard identification and risk assessment methods of amusement facilities. The main beneficiaries of this project are the manufacturing units, user units and testing institutions of the amusement facilities.
