In particular, it will include new requirements for better taking into account the effects of wind.
During the work of the sub group wind of WG 2 on EN 12929-1 (WI 00242074) it turned out that also a revision of EN 12930 is necessary as some requirements due to wind are handled in EN 12930.
Concerning the topic “wind” it will concern the following sub clauses:
• Probably: 6.5.4; 7.6.4 a) and b)
• Eventually: 7.4.4 c); 10.3
Additional reasons for a revision:
• The necessary adaptations according to requirements of EC (dated references, adapted Annex ZA).
• Other editorial adaptations.
Remark:
Considering the results of the systematic review (N 1079); independent of that according to N 1238 a corrigendum on VE is already to be done by secretary of CEN/TC 242 and CCMC.
