Scope

This European standard describes a method for the determination of the specific migration of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAH) from paper, board and pulp into the food simulant isooctane.

Purpose

The purpose of this NWI is to standardize a method of evaluation of the migration of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAH) into food simulants
