Scope

This document defines key terminology, establishes circular economy principles at the levels of construction and real estate sector, construction works as well as construction products of all kind, and provides a framework for the implementation and assessment of circularity in the construction sector.

Purpose

This standard specifies the framework and principles of circular economy in the construction sector. It includes definitions to have a common understanding of circular economy in the construction sector.
