Scope

Define where potentially release of microplastic can be produced from geosynthetics based on a correct installation. Define test methods where necessary and requirements (e.g. low, medium, high) and analysis of microplastic after a test.

Purpose

The purpose of this document is to set basic rules and procedures for the topic “Release of plastics.
