Scope

This EN specifies requirements and test methods for eye protectors for motorcycle and moped users

Purpose

The EN 1938:2010 needs to be revised as it is included in the Table 1 “List of existing standards to be revised” of Annex II to the European Commission Implementing Decision C(2020)7924 on the PPE Standardisation Request in support of Regulation (EU) 2016/425.
