This standard specifies the test methods for safety wire hole pull-out of the RF connectors, It includes scope,normative references,terms and definitions,test equipment,test conditions,test procedure, contents to be specified in relevant standards and test report,etc.
The purpose of this proposal is to add a new test method standard to the IEC 61169 series. Safety wire hole pull-out is one of mechanical test methods of RF connectors, but until now, no IEC standard is available for Safety wire hole pull-out test. It is necessary to prepare safety wire hole pull-out test method for RF connectors.
