This document is intended to be used with the lower layer specifications determined in the EN 13757-series.
The revision is supposed to deal with
- editorial changes
- general comments on clean-up of unused VIBs from the M-Bus protocol
- general and technical comments to update OBIS-mapping
- technical comments for bug fixing
- technical comments with proposals of new VIB
- proposal for 45 new VIB entries used for 23 new sensor devices
- a proposal belonging to the issue of reducing device types for thermal energy meters for future use
