Purpose
It has become the consensus of the international community to deal with global climate change and achieve the carbon peak and carbon emission reduction targets in stages. With the continuous development and improvement of economic level and living standard, in order to keep indoor air quality, it has become necessary to supply outdoor air to the room for green and healthy buildings.
Due to the huge energy difference between indoor and outdoor air in the cooling and heating season, it is also necessary to use the heat recovery ventilator to make use of the exhaust waste heat to reduce the energy consumption of outdoor air treatment for serving to building energy conservation and carbon emission reduction.
Taking advantage of energy recovery in handling outdoor air and reducing the loss of energy consumption required to overcome the resistance of fresh air recovery heat exchanger in annual year, it can further improve the energy efficiency of building environmental equipment, reduce the operation energy consumption of outdoor air equipment, and serve the needs of building carbon emission reduction tasks of the international community.
However, at present, there is a lack of corresponding test and evaluation methods and standards for annual. ISO international organization for standardization is developing the evaluation method standard for heating season which is the part1 (Heat recovery ventilators and energy recovery ventilators -Testing and calculating methods for seasonal performance factor - Part 1: Sensible heating recovery seasonal performance factors of HRV). It will be in the FDIS stage in 2022.
The standard for cooling, Part 2: Sensible cooling recovery seasonal performance factors of HRV has been approval. Now this part of standard applying for is the third part of the established standard structure system. It is for annual performance factor of sensible recovery of HRV.
By the development of this series standard, end users can obtain more convenient and energy-saving products, and the government will save more energy to better deal with climate change.
