Scope

This standard describes a method for determining the flow resistance of hot applied joint sealants to characterize the stability at elevated temperature.

Purpose

In the systematic review it has been found that several parts of the description of the working procedure need improvement or are lacking crucial detailed information leading to confusion or to inconsistent results. In this NWI these items will be remedied.
