Scope

This European Standard specifies the general rules how to select the samples of correctly stored and handled samples of uninstalled bitumen, plastic or rubber sheets for waterproofing. lt also specifies the procedures to be followed before the test piece is cut from the sample

Purpose

The EN 13 416 is one of the early TC 254 norms. It does not reflect the FPC and ITT and is not limited to uninstalled rolls. But the DOP/CE marking is limited to uninstalled roll. Details are given in N1995 EN 13416_30042021.docx The revision will be developed by CEN/TC 254/WG 1, as all products standards under scope of TC 254 are influenced by the content of EN 13416
