• Ambiguities arising from the use of common terms without definition in cases where the same terminology has been defined differently in other standards or industry documentation
• Units conformity being applied within the Symbols list editorially, without the impact of this being noticed in certain equations.
Additionally B505/12 suggest the incorporation of a worked example for Marston Spangler.
