Scope

This document specifies product specification for glued laminated bamboo: requirements for components and bonding, performance requirements of glued laminated bamboo products, production and storage facilities, evaluation of conformity and marking and labelling.

Purpose

With the increasing demand of engineered bamboo buildings, there is a verified market need for the proposal. It is a pity that there is no product specification for glued laminated bamboo. This standard will solve this problem and offer the specification for glued laminated bamboo to promote the application in the structure area
