Scope

This European Standard specifies the evaluation of the fire performance of water mist systems for false floors and false ceilings. The European Standard is applicable for horizontal false ceilings and false floors between 300 mm and 800 mm.

Purpose

There is a need to set up minimum test requirements to properly evaluate water mist systems to be installed.
