Scope

This standard stipulates the construction principle, index classification, index system and evaluation process of data asset evaluation index system .

This standard is applicable to the data asset value of quantitative calculation and evaluation in the process of electronic commerce transactions. It can also be used as the evaluation basis of data asset commercialization and securitization in the process of online data trading.
