China's Jilin Province has banned the production, sale and use of non-degradable disposable plastic shopping bags since 2015, and Hainan Province will launch a similar policy in 2020.
Therefore, the contemporary society needs urgently a new type of green, environmentally-friendly shopping bag. The meaning of the use of a biodegradable plastic shopping bags for composting is as follows:
