Replace fifth paragraph starting with “As far as is practicable…” with the following:
“This standard deals with the reasonably foreseeable hazards of intended use presented by appliances and machines, which are encountered by all persons and domestic animals in and around the installation place or workplace.”
Convert the paragraph starting with “Attention is drawn to the…” into a note.

This European Amendment A11, supplements or modifies the corresponding clauses of the standards below:

The appliance can be combined with a fuel burning function, in which case EN IEC 60335‑2‑102 and EN IEC 60335‑2‑47 covers the electrical safety and some other safety aspects. All safety aspects related to the use of fuel-burning gas are covered by the relevant product standard for fuel-burning appliances.
