Scope

This document gives requirements for the design, fabrication, installation, commissioning and integrity management of workover rigs on offshore fixed platforms.

This document is not applicable to workover equipment:

— installed on mobile or floating offshore units, or

— intended for onshore use, or

— coiled tubing unit or snubbing unit.
