This part of IEC 61557-12 specifies functional type tests for Power metering and monitoring devices (PMD) compliant to IEC 61557-12.

This part needs to be used in conjunction with IEC 61557-12.

This document does not cover safety tests, EMC tests, climatic test and mechanical tests covered by IEC 61557-12.
