This document specifies requirements for the design, materials, fabrication, installation, inspection and acceptance of buried single-wall polyethylene pipelines, DN 20 mm to 630 mm, for coalbed methane (CBM) gathering and transportation, operating at –20 °C to +40 °C and up to 1,0 MPa.
It does not apply for following cases:
a) non-PE materials ;
b) diameters < 20 mm or > 630 mm ;
c) above-ground, aerial or submerged installations ;
d) direct connections to distribution networks .
