This document establishes a methodology for linking abstract concepts within Building Information Modelling (BIM) and Geographic Information System (GIS) standards and specifies structural mechanisms for organizing their link relationships, aiming to facilitate cross-domain information exchange.

Methodologies for the development of RDF that relate to BIM and GIS are not within the scope of this document.
