This document provides general format for spacecraft and launch vehicle Combined Operation Plan (COP).

Note:  

— An example of the COP based on a general format is provided in Annex A.

— In developing COP, following sections shall be included:

— 1. Scope

— 2. Normative references

— 3. Terms, definitions and abbreviated terms

— 4. General requirements

— 5. SC/PLA mating and fairing - encapsulation (operation plan at spacecraft processing facility)

— 6. Encapsulated-fairing mating to core vehicle

— 7. Operations at the Vehicle Assembly Building (VAB)

— 8. Final RF dress rehearsal

— Sections 4 to 8 are the minimum requirements in developing COP.
